ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am a wife and mom of four who has lived in Des Moines, Iowa for 4 years, but lived a lot of my life in Omaha, Nebraska and Colorado. It's because of my time in Denver, that I have learned to love the mountains which comes out in my creations. I absolutely adore any kind and form of art but my passion lies in wood burning and painting! I tend to burn any wood I can get my hands so I have accumulated a lot of earrings and lazy Susan's with a variety of pieces in between! Look at the types of art I do below!
SO WHAT DO I DO?
LAZY SUSANS
My love for lazy Susan's emerged from the pandemic. I was at Menards one day, saw a round piece of wood and thought about making my parents a lazy Susan! (picture on home page) The best part about it was that I loved it, and my parents loved it! It was from then on that I have custom made different shapes, sizes, colors, forms, and continue to love doing them.
EARRINGS
I never thought I would enjoy making earrings as much as I do. I get to be so creative with them and make them fun, bold, and my favorite, large but without all the weight!
